Analysis of the charges against P Diddy Combs
I’d like to take a moment today to review the official charges against Sean “P Diddy” Combs after his initial arrest on September 16, 2024 and offer some of my own personal predictions and commentary on where I think all of this is going. This “arrest” has the potential to be one of the biggest scandals of the decade and one that likely will result in dozens of suspicious murders and the toppling of major political and entertainment giants. THAT is one of my early predictions. People are going to get murdered and careers are going to be ruined over the details that are soon to come to light. Mark my words.
While many of us had no idea this was coming, the arrest by federal agencies in September 2024, is related to alleged illegal conduct that took place for more than a decade, across multiple states. I want to point out, however, that Diddy’s ACTUAL crimes likely go back more than THREE decades, but the current arrest only covers more recent criminal activity. Diddy was arrested and officially charged with a “three count indictment with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution” starting in 2008.
If you have been following my blog at all, you will find that I have already been assembling an “unofficial” timeline of illegal or suspicious behavior dating well back into the 1990’s. My unofficial timeline demonstrates that there is a GOOD possibility that P Diddy has been grooming pre-pubescent superstars such as Usher and Justin Bieber and introducing them to lavish illegal sex parties, illegal drugs, and directing their entire professional career starting from when they were little boys. That, initially, was NOT the subject of the arrest, nor were the long standing rumors and speculation that Diddy was involved in at least a couple of high profile “murder for hire” allegations such as the murder of Tupac Shakur.
Originally I heard that Diddy was sort of accidentally swept up in an investigation into sex trafficking but more and more it appears that Diddy himself was the subject of the investigation and it is likely a WHOLE lot of other people are going to get swept up as they continue to go after Sean Combs. Specifically, the indictment against Combs in September alleged that:
“…COMBS abused, threatened, and coerced women and others, and led a racketeering conspiracy that engaged in sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice, among other crimes.”
“As alleged in the Indictment, for years, Sean Combs used the business empire he controlled to sexually abuse and exploit women, as well as to commit other acts of violence and obstruction of justice. Today, he is charged with racketeering and sex trafficking offenses. If you have been a victim of Combs’ alleged abuse – or if you know anything about his alleged crimes – we urge you to come forward. This investigation is far from over.”

The official indictment also gave us a sneak peak into some of the details of the case, including what has now started to become wildly known as “Freak Off” sex parties. Again I want to quote directly from the announcement of his arrest.
Among other things, COMBS’ sexual abuse of women included causing them to engage in frequent, days-long sexual activity with male commercial sex workers, some of whom were transported over state lines. These events, which COMBS referred to as “Freak Offs,” were elaborate sex performances that COMBS arranged, directed, and often electronically recorded. To ensure participation in Freak Offs, COMBS used violence and intimidation, and leveraged his power over victims—power he obtained through obtaining and distributing narcotics to them, exploiting his financial support to them and threatening to cut off the same, and controlling their careers. COMBS also threatened his victims, including by threatening to expose the embarrassing and sensitive recordings he made of Freak Offs if the women did not comply with his demands.
This is important for me to emphasis. These “allegations” are not just made by some crazy conspiracy theorist who is collecting a bunch of rumors. No, these are the OFFICIAL charges brought but the United States Government because they believe they have PROOF of it. Make NO mistake about it, if they list these details here they KNOW it’s a fact. So then, we we start breaking down all the rumors about said “Freak Offs” in my blog, just keep in mind that there is basis of “fact” in those so-called rumors. I would pay CAREFUL attention to anything people claim Diddy did to them during their careers. More than likely there will be more truth than fiction to all of it.
Furthermore, the indictment added:
COMBS’ efforts to control women included repeated physical abuse. COMBS assaulted women by, among other things, striking, punching, dragging, throwing objects at, and kicking them. COMBS similarly assaulted witnesses to his abuse. These assaults often resulted in injuries to the victims, which took days or weeks to heal.
To commit these crimes, COMBS relied on his power as the leader of a multi-faceted business empire. Employees of COMBS’ businesses—including high ranking supervisors, security staff, personal assistants, and household staff—acted as COMBS’ intermediaries to, among other things, arrange travel and hotel rooms; stock the hotel rooms for COMBS’ commercial sex activity; contact or locate women and other individuals whom he targeted for abuse; and conceal and cover up the abuse. This criminal concealment included efforts to prevent law enforcement from learning about his abuse.
Some of these allegations some of us witnessed with our own eyes when CNN obtained video camera footage of Combs “allegedly” beating a woman, kicking her and dragging her in a hotel lobby as she attempted to escape her abuser (see my unofficial timeline for dates). Combs himself officially apologized for his actions in that video, suggesting he was going through a dark time and that it is not indicative of his true behavior. Despite his own personal apology for those actions, the press still seems reluctant to say it WAS Diddy Combs on the video and continually refer to it as a video that “alleges” to show Diddy assaulting a woman
Diddy’s alleged crimes so far in this indictment already carries a possible maximum sentence of life in prison and a mandatory MINIMUM sentence of 15 years in prison; and one count of transportation for purposes of prostitution, which carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison. At age 54 now, that means he could be in prison until age 70 at a minimum of the charges stick.
This case is FAR from over and a LOT more is going to come out. This is, as they say, just the tip of the iceberg.
